Alexei Monroe

Alexei Monroe received a PhD from the University of Kent. He has published many articles on contemporary music, culture, and politics and is the author of the Plural Machine blog.

The Plural Monolith: Laibach and NSK is the first Slovene-language study of NSK -- one of the contemporary art world's most radical forces -- with particular focus on the performances and productions of NSK's musical and conceptual division, Laibach.

It was published also at The MIT Press as Interrogation Machine: Laibach and NSK (September 2005).
